Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related residential improvement services in Hesperia, CA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in the written estimate or contract provided to the customer prior to the start of work. Services are subject to availability, local permit requirements, and site conditions.
All estimates provided by Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate written agreement will be provided before any work begins. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project - such as structural issues, soil problems, or existing code violations - the scope and cost may need to be adjusted. We will notify the customer in writing before proceeding with any change that affects the price.
Free estimates are provided at no cost to the customer and carry no obligation to proceed with any work.
Project start dates are scheduled based on mutual availability and permit timelines. We will provide a projected start date in writing before work begins. Delays caused by permit processing, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control will be communicated to the customer as soon as practicable.
If a customer wishes to cancel a scheduled project after a written agreement has been signed, cancellation terms - including any deposit or materials already ordered - will be governed by the specific written agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to team@hesperiasunroomcontractor.com.
Payment terms are set forth in the written project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to secure a project start date, with the balance due upon completion. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in the agreement.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the written agreement may be subject to a late fee as stated in that agreement. Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to suspend or terminate work on a project if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.
Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios is responsible for obtaining all required building permits for work performed under a signed project agreement, unless otherwise specified in writing. The customer is responsible for obtaining any approvals required by a homeowners association (HOA) or other private governing body prior to the start of construction. Delays or additional costs resulting from HOA restrictions or the customer's failure to obtain required approvals are the customer's responsibility.
Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable building codes. Specific warranty terms for materials and labor will be set forth in the written project agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of nature (including earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather events beyond normal conditions for the region), misuse or modification of completed work by the customer or third parties, normal wear and tear, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Except as expressly stated in the written project agreement, all work is provided "as-is" without additional warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Hesperia Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
